The agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between Pipeline Simple, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Pipeline Simple", "we", "us"), and you. If you use Pipeline Simple for a company or other organization, you accept these terms for it and confirm that you have the authority to do so, and "you" means that organization.

If you sign an order form or other written agreement with us, it applies together with these terms and controls if the two conflict. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Pipeline Simple is for businesses. You must be at least 18 to use it.

The service

Pipeline Simple provides AI agents and tools for building a sales pipeline, including customer research, generative engine optimization (GEO), SEO, influencer and outbound programs, a website agent, booking links and a pipeline of leads. Done-for-you plans add work by people, from our team or certified specialists. Our pricing page or your order describes what your plan includes.

We keep improving the service, so features may change. If we remove something important that you pay for, we will tell you ahead of time where we reasonably can. Features marked beta or preview may change or end at any time.

Accounts and workspaces

You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens in your account and workspaces, including what the teammates you add do there. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. If you think someone has used your account without permission, tell us at support@pipelinesimple.com right away.

Plans, fees and payment

Fees and plan limits are as shown on our pricing page when you buy, or as set out in your order. Unless your order says otherwise:

  • Free, Starter and Pro plans renew every month, or every year if you pay yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Done-for-you plans start with the minimum term in your order, usually three months, and then renew every month until either of us cancels.
  • Setup fees are charged once, and are waived only where your order or our pricing page says so.
  • Fees do not include taxes. You pay any sales, use, value added or similar taxes, other than taxes on our income.
  • Fees you have paid are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or your order says otherwise.
  • We may change prices from your next renewal. We will tell you at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before the change applies.

If a payment is overdue, we may suspend paid features after we tell you and give you a reasonable chance to pay.

Promises about results, such as the website agent's meeting promise, apply only as described on our pricing page or in your order. The remedy described there, such as a free month, is your only remedy if we miss the promise.

Your content

"Your content" means what you and your teammates put into Pipeline Simple, such as briefs, facts, websites, leads, files, knowledge bases and messages, and the results the agents produce for you. You own your content. You let us host, copy, process and show it only as needed to provide the service to you, keep it secure and meet legal obligations. We do not train AI models on it. We may use usage statistics that identify no one to run and improve the service.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it with Pipeline Simple. That includes giving the notices and getting the consents needed to collect personal information about leads, website visitors, research participants and others, and to let us process it for you.

When we process personal information for you, we act as your service provider, following your instructions and our Privacy Policy. If you need a data processing agreement, email support@pipelinesimple.com.

You can export your pipeline as a CSV file at any time, and you can ask us for a copy of your other content.

AI output

The agents use AI models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and the same request can give different results. Check output before you rely on it or publish it, especially facts, claims about competitors, and anything legal, financial or medical. Figures such as answer share and rankings are estimates with ranges. No one controls what AI assistants or search engines say, so we do not promise any ranking, citation or placement.

Outreach, creators and the law

You decide what is sent and published in your name. The app drafts messages, replies and pages, but it does not post for you or send cold email from Pipeline Simple. You send and post them, or a specialist does with your approval on a done-for-you plan. You are responsible for following the laws and rules that apply, including:

  • Anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, and consent rules for calls and texts such as the TCPA.
  • Privacy laws that protect the people you contact.
  • Advertising rules such as the FTC's guidance on endorsements, which require creators and partners to disclose paid relationships.
  • The rules of the platforms you use, such as email providers, social networks, forums and review sites.

Do not use Pipeline Simple to post fake reviews or testimonials, to hide that you work for a brand, or to mislead anyone.

Booking links, Google Calendar and the website agent

If you connect Google Calendar, you let Pipeline Simple read your busy times and create, change and remove the events it adds for bookings, as our Privacy Policy describes. Google's terms also apply to your Google account. You are responsible for the meetings people book with you and for keeping your availability accurate.

If you add the website agent or our tracking script to your site, you are responsible for telling your visitors in your privacy notice and for getting any consent the law requires, for example from visitors in Europe. The tracking script can wait for consent before it runs. Do not present the website agent as a person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
  • Send spam, or harass, deceive or impersonate anyone.
  • Upload malware, or try to get around security, usage limits or access controls.
  • Access another customer's data, or scrape, overload or disrupt the service.
  • Reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it, or copy it to build a competing product.
  • Resell the service, or share an account outside your organization, without our written permission.
  • Use the service to decide people's eligibility for credit, employment, housing or insurance.
  • Put health information, payment card or bank account numbers, or government ID numbers into the service, unless we agree in writing.

Other services

Pipeline Simple works with services we do not control, such as Google, AI model providers, CRMs, email providers, and the websites and platforms the agents read. Their own terms govern your use of them. We are not responsible for them, and changes on their side can affect features that rely on them.

Specialists and partners

On done-for-you plans, a specialist certified on our agents, from our team or our partner network, does part of the work. We pay the specialist, check their work and stay responsible to you for it under these terms. You approve drafts and deals before they go out, and your workspace, brief and results stay with you if the specialist changes.

Our intellectual property

Pipeline Simple, including its software, agents, prompts, designs and content, belongs to us and our licensors. While your plan is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your internal business purposes under these terms. We keep all rights we do not expressly grant.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Suspension and ending the agreement

You can stop using Pipeline Simple and cancel your plan at any time, subject to any minimum term in your order. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, do not pay, or put the service, other customers or the public at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

When the agreement ends, your right to use the service ends too, so export what you need first. After your account closes, we delete your content as our Privacy Policy describes. Terms that by their nature should last, such as fees owed, ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity and governing law, continue after the agreement ends.

Disclaimers

Pipeline Simple is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, that AI output will be accurate, or that you will reach any particular result, except for promises we make in your order or on our pricing page.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, even if it was told they were possible. Each party's total liability arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim, or $100 if you have paid us nothing.

These limits do not apply to your obligation to pay fees, to your obligations under Indemnity, or to liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Indemnity

You will defend Pipeline Simple against claims by third parties, and pay the resulting losses and reasonable costs, where the claim arises from your content, the messages and content you send or publish, or your breach of these terms or the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the law or security requires it sooner. If you keep using Pipeline Simple after a change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If a dispute comes up, email support@pipelinesimple.com first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot, the dispute will be decided only by the state or federal courts in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may ask any court for an injunction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

General

  • These terms, with any order and the policies they mention, are the whole agreement between us about Pipeline Simple.
  • If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • If we wait to enforce a right, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • We send notices to the email on your account. You can send notices to support@pipelinesimple.com.
  • The parties are independent contractors.
