Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar, with Google Meet for video calls. Outlook and iCloud calendars are not supported yet.
Do people need an account to book?
No. They pick a time and enter their name and email. Google Calendar sends them the invite, with a link to reschedule or cancel.
